Chris’ practice focuses on civil litigation, including labor & employment law and general business litigation. In practice since 1994, Chris has litigated a multitude of cases in state and federal courts, and has successfully tried cases before judges, juries, and arbitrators.

Bradley’s practice focuses on employment law litigation and counseling, and general civil and business litigation. He advises and represents employers regarding employment matters, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination, retaliation and harassment litigation. Bradley also counsels employers on wage and hour policies and practices (e.g., meal and rest periods, wage statements, hourly and overtime pay, regular rates of pay, termination, handbook policies, etc.), and compensation matters such as commission agreements and incentive programs.

Marco’s practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including labor and employment law and general business litigation. Marco helps employers minimize risk by counseling them on complex rules and regulations and drafting workplace policies that meet their particular needs.
