COVID-19: What Employers Need to Know

Covid-19 — and our response to it — have generated numerous new legal obligations with little guidance. In addition to a number of new laws, employers are also faced with the unprecedented task of applying established laws to new scenarios that are specific to the COVID-19 pandemic.
